They been charging me fees of overdraft over 20000 some are correct but most of them are plenty wrong I showent my statements my receipts telling the showing them ac orddint to their paperwork and they say the it’s different in there back office systemso they wont returnthem
I submitted a cancellation form with Planet Fitness at the Sterling, VA in August 2019 to Otis Polk.Upon submitting the form, I asked whether there was anything else I needed to do to terminate my membership.I was told no.Two months later, I saw two additional charges on my credit card from Planet Fitness for months in which I didn’t use the gym.I called the Sterling VA facility, and spoke with Manager Bobby L—-, who refused to apply the payment for non-use to my buy out balance, and also refused to apply the remaining balance to my credit card they have on file without requiring me to make yet another in person visit.

13 years with bank of America.. my disability was going to be changing I had my account 200 overdrafted..I asked if they would put my account on hold and told them it would be 4 months or so untill I’d be using and able to pay off my negative balance. CSR in recovery dept promised they wouldn’t close my account..they did.. Sept 2018 went to boa paid my debt off..I had a 20k check bank.manager said he’s having a hard time trying to get a new acct opened and to come back 2morrow..I did that every other day for 2 weeks..then you be told they couldn’t..dome reason I was blacklisted the other banks called it and I’d have to wait 30 days to open a new acct bank..

The company had a “flying green“ promotion where if your last name was Green, you got to fly free. In the small writing explain that it would come in the form of a reimbursement. I received my reimbursement from the company and they only reimburse me for my departure flight and not for my return. After calling them, first they tried to say that I didn’t follow the dates provided in the small print which I quickly disapproved. Then they try to say it was because I didn’t fly on the same receipt. Obviously they only refunded me the smaller amount of money which was the departure flight. It started 0n September 5, 2019, when I received a text notice that the card I have/had on file would be charged $78 dollars on my scheduled payment. I called to find out why, since I was only paying $45 monthly. That’s when they told me about my monthly bill of $45, plus $33 for the installment plan for a ne Iphone. Within a short period of time I had no service to the phone I’ve had for over a year, a Moto g6 play. I called customer service and they apologized, re-established the service and the investigation begin to find out who did what, how, when and where. I had to remove my credit card from my auto re-boost account so that it wouldn’t be used to pay for a phone that they had given to
Wrongful termination and malicious business practices. I was fired in retaliation for requesting proof of benefits I was promised. At first I was hired and labeled as contracted employee through a third party service called Blue Crew, which they had contracted me to be hired for on two consecutive terms. When another staffing agency began providing employees, Blue Crew had “lost the contract” and Lyft forced us to switch over to KNA Solutions to keep our jobs. Upon switching we were promised our benefits would remain the same and a pay increase. 25 days into the new KNA Solutions staffing agency that now had us listed as employees I had inquired about where we could read up on our benefits.
Money was recently held in my account that forced me to postpone an event that was supposed to been held sooner and as a result forced me to lose sponsors and vendors for the event. I sent an email asking why the funds were being held and what the funds being held was for. Paypal emailed me back stating to call them to have the funds released in other words. But this failed to be true. I was told on the phone that the only way that the funds would be released is if the buyer confirmed that they received the item that was bought. The item is basically a ticket. When doing research on the fund holding, the only reason that they would hold funds was if it was a non-performer account. My account
I was quoted ~$165-170/month total for five lines. My bill was $220 for the first year. My bill then increased to $280/month and my military discount was dropped. I called and was told they’d fix it. It has been almost five months, and it’s still $280.
I have mobile hotspot services that’s not being honored by Metropcs by T-Mobile. My internet services has gone from excellent full strength down load speed to zero down load speed every evening from the periods of 5pm – 2am. This problem has been going on for as long as 7 mths 24/7 and continues til this day.

On October 16th Delta Airlines offered me to upgrade my flight for $99 or 9,900 miles per person for my entire trip departing Los Angeles on January 21st going to Punta Cana and returning on the 29th of January 2020. The promotion was offered to me on the Fly Delta app and it specifically said upgrade first class $99 or 9,900 miles per person entire trip. When I call Delta to redeem this upgrade they informed me that the $99 of the 9900 miles was actually only for the portion of the flight from Punta Cana to Atlanta and not per person for the entire trip. My elderly parents, eight-eight and eighty, tried to cancel their account but were told that they had to pay off the$1,000 loan that they took out with Citizens Bank for the equipment. My father said he was misled. He said he never would have used their service if he had known he was buying the equipment. My dad said he never received any paperwork for anything, not from Vivint or the Citizens Bank.
I have sprint for over 2 years now. When I upgraded they told me my bill would be $88 a month turns out to $120 a month. When I purchase the galaxy s9+ buy one get one free promotion. I was never inform that at the end of the promotion I would have to pay regular price.Sprint text or email me or even notify me of monthly bill increase. I put one phone line on standby and still is paying for the whole phone because bill is still the same amount as if all lines being used and they keep telling me it’s not but it is cause I’m very good at math. I have cancelled experience since right before the free trial ended and they have still charged me 19.99 a lonth… everytime untried calling or cancelling services they keep charging me.I have tried so many Bill’s to my card so I’m trying to nowndigire out which Bill’s are tied to it before canceling card now….because now I have to resort to this.I cant even get a hold of a live rep to settle this dispute.So far they have charged me 4 months if this

I was a loyal customer in good standing for 13 years. I put up with having intermittent service with the promise from T-Mobile that it would get better and to be patient. Over these years I’ve gotten 3 boosters to boost my service placed in my home. One of them I paid $150.00 the others I either put up a deposit or they let me borrow. I returned one through the T-Mobile store in St. Louis at the Yorkshire location within the past 12 months. It was never received by T-Mobile corporate. Yet the store did verify that I brought it to them to be sent back. Starting March of 2019 my service became unavailable multiple times every day. Calls failed and I was unable to make calls. Recently (a few months ago) I renegotiated my Comcast contract. I have an internet, cable and home phone (triple play) service for $200/month. I have been a customer of Comcast for nearly twenty years.
DirecTv says I signeda contract. I did not knowingly sign one. I have talked with them, and talked with them. They told me today it is in with the equipment signing. No one ever informed me of this or I would have had them take it away. I was never told about a contract. I would not sign a contract. Now I have an early termination fee. Can you help me. Please
