    For last six months AT&T agents have been installing fiber optics cables in our neighborhood.They have littered my front yard with cables hanging to the ground level and have left a black gadget measuring 1foot diameter and four feet long. It is still there as of today lying on the ground. Nobody asked my permission to do that. It is unsightly to say the least. There also some cable debris. I have taken photos of all this littering.

    My phone has been disconnected due to the reamining balance i havent paid and i know that i owe that money in which is 126 only. Upon checking after 2 months, with the discoonected lines unable to use them, didnt know that my bill continues with an 80 dollars fee montly even if it already disconnected. Now my bill has gone up to 1k

    I have been a Comcast customer since 2016 and have never had a billing issue until I moved from one residence to another in April of 2019. My bill increased after every year and when I moved I had decided I’d had enough and called cancel my Comcast services. I spoke with a rep named Roxanne and expressed to her that I was leaving because I did not want to pay $200/month for services and in an effort to retain my business, she promised me Showtime and Starz free for 1 year and she even voluntarily waived my $99 installation fee to move my equipment to my new residence.

    As a customer, I was in the possession of a very dangerous phone the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. We were encouraged to bring the phone into a corporate location nearby. When I arrived to do so, the gentleman named Michael Thomas refused to do so and expressed to his manager that he was not doing the job because that would be way too much work. We were forced to return home without being able to return the phones. When we finally returned the items, it was only because my daughter sustained injuries. He armed was burned and has a permanent scar. We were told that we would not be liable for the phones and that we would receive a refund. We did not receive a refund.     When purchasing my apple watches over the phone I specifically asked them to put insurance on them. My watch was just stolen last night and I went to get a replacement with the insurance, but was told I have no insurance on either watch. Talked to multiple reps and supervisors today for several hours and have repeatedly been hung up on and or told they won’t fix it for me. I am now stuck with a large bill remaining on a watch that was stolen without being able to get a replacement because THEY Messed up and did not put the insurance on my watches.

    I used to have tmobile 2 years ago i was getting charged for an extra line which i had no knowledge of i just received a collection bill that say i owe them 900$ when i pay them for 2 years straight while the phone being pay off.

    My Wife Lisa and I brought over 7 lines of service from Sprint over to Metro PCS on 06/15/19, I was told that my screen protector was free for my Coolpad Legacy 2019 phone and I never got it, and all in a big thanks to the employee Jose taking it out of my hand to place it in a metro by t-mobile bag and I was never to see it placed over my screen to protect it, well a few days later I had put my phone in my pocket and when I went to sit down, it slipped out of my pocket and hit the ground on its face, and guess what happened..the screen broke and I didn’t have it not even a week before my screen was broken and cracked, I have talked to the insurance company and they stated that they don’t ev

    I filed an insurance claim on my phone. Att has been harassing me and my dad saying they never recieved my return. I have video showing the locked mailbox I put the phone into showing the tracking number and the address of the post office box I used. When I called in today after my dad sent me a string of messages at 4am and cussing me out at 8am. The agent told me they recieved the phone and we shouldnt have been being harassed. After they were going to charge us for the phone never being returned.     I was paying roughly $70-$80 a month until after one year it went to $168/month. I just canceled on June 14, 2019. They made my service cut off date July 5, 2019 and will not change it or issue a refund although they even have all of their equipment returned.

    I was sent a Phone with a bad battery. I could not go to the store and ordered it online. Now they want me to take it to a store to have it diagnosed to see if the battery is bad. I’m willing to do that but if the battery is bad I want to return it and get a brand new phone. Because I do not trust them now on their refurbished phones. I don’t want to keep doing this with them. Why wouldn’t they have checked the battery on a refurbished phone with the same diagnosis they’re going to use for my phone when I take it to the store before they shipped it. I think it is fraud.
