    I ORDERED SERVICE, WAS PROMISED 18MB SPEED ON INTERNET, A $110 MONTHLY BILL, AND THE SATELLITE WOULD BE REMOVED FROM MY HOME. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. ON TOP OF THAT MY SERVICE COULD NOT STAY CONNECTED. CAUSING ME TO MISS OVER 40 HOURS OF WORK. THIS ALMOST COST MY JOB, TOOK ALL OF MY ATTENDANCE POINTS, AND A FINAL WRITE UP. I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT WITHIN 30 DAYS BECAUSE THE SERVER COULD NOT STAY CONNECTED. I HAD TECHNICIANS TO MY SERVICE LOCATION WITHIN DAYS OF THE INSTALATION. NOW THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY 218.95 DEPOSIT AND CHARGING ME A $480 EARLY TERMINATION FEE EVEN THOUGH SEVERAL SUPERVISORS AND REPRESENTATIVES HAVE TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE.     I have service with COMCAST and they wrongly reported me to the credit bureau when my previous balance was suppose to be transferred to my new address after transferring service. I’ve worked hard to repair my credit and now this! I’ve been a long standing custom with no issues paying my bill and they dropped the ball by misidentifying my account as a closed account rather than a transfer and adding the balance to the new bill.

    This company is insisting that I owe an $86.00 balance on equipment that was returned on June 12th 2019. I have a receipt for the drop off of the equipment which included two pieces. Furthermore, I returned two items at the same time and they only got one and are blaming me. They have ran me around several times and I do not owe them money and they have threatened my credit if I do not pay. They have lost the item and it is not my responsibility nor should my credit be effected for their carelessness. They are harassing me to pay the fee when it is not owed. The item was returned and we have a receipt.

One of the deals was to get unlimited WiFi for $24.99 a months , so I called the company and I ask the guy if I get the deal how much will I be paying . He said $38.99 a month after taxes . Then i asked him if I added a box to watch tv how much will it be . He said that for 50 channels and WiFi I will be paying $88.00 dollars a month . I said that’s not to convenient because I only watch sports , I specifically told him the sports channels that I wanted . He said that’s he could give me OVER 300 CHANNELS and WiFi for ten extra dollars wich will be 98 dollars a month (NOT A DOL

    I was charged with a full month of service even tho they know I did not use any data for over 30 days. I called to discontinue my service this and then I discontinued them finally August 7 I was 11 days of my cycle but they charge me for the whole cycle

    I work for AT&T but am also a customer. I recently took a promotion which changed the dates that I get paid and would make it difficult to pay my at&t bill on time. To avoid late charges, I requested that the move my due date up by 4 days. The representative made the change over the phone but did not disclose that this 4 day change would result in an advance bill of $309.99. Since I only increased my bill cycle by 4 days, I should have had a proration amount equal to 4 days, and then the advanced payment of 4 days, not an entire month.     I am a part of the equifax data breach. There is an alias listed on my credit report as well as his bills, employee address and home address(several). I have also got many items disputed off my credit and also had to get credit monitoring and add a fraud alert on my credit report. This has caused me to spend money paying for things that I did NOT put on my credit or apply for. Please contact me as to what I need to do to further this.

    I have a family plan with over charges because of its a family plan. They charge me for 1x activation fees that I have paid up front. They charged me for a phone that was returned within the grace period. They made supposed changes if I went on auto pay and the bill increased over night. I have proof of the amounts that the bill will go down to and wasn’t reflecting correctly for the billing cycle.

    At time of move, sold upgraded package from internet alone at $110/month to a bundle with internet+home automation+basic tv for $160/month. First bill taken before due date through auto pay was $1400! And they continue to bill monthly for over $300/month despite many calls and two promises to correct retroactively.

    A man was knocking on all the doors in my Complex which is a disabled and low income tenant complex. When he came to my door I asked for him to check in lowering my bill. After about one half hour he had me set up for something that was supposed to be lower then wha I was paying. Well every single thing out of his mouth was lies. From free set up to the price and a remote you talk into. All lies. One year later my bill wasn’t paid and showed up as not paid and that I owed almost 3X the normal amount.     I purchased insurance in 2017 on a ZTE blade z max. So August 15 of 2019, I was told by an authorized dealer that the specific phone mentioned above, phone wouldn’t be replaced, if lost, stolen or damaged. So I was paying insurance on two lines same phone. If those phones weren’t covered why am I paying insurance for them. I should be compensated from the time those phones weren’t under coverage. I called metro and I was told they would only compensate me $12 us.

    As an existing customer, AT&T pulled a hard check on my credit when I relocated within the same city. I was under contract with AT&T the entire time (2 year contract, 14 months in). AT&T violated the signed contract after establishing service at my new address by increasing the rates it charges me. I set up this move well before I actually relocated. It took AT&T a month to re-establish service.
