The car rented from “Enterprise rent a car” hit my car in the back on 12/12/18. I have GEICO liability insurance.
Police report has been issued.
On 12/19/18 I’ve filed claim with Elco Administrative Services, 1802 Petracca Pl, Flushing, NY 11357 t.(718) 762-3020, hired by Enterprise to adjust the damages and investigate the case.
As I know, they have 30 days limit, by law, to make a dissension. I’ve talk to Mr. Jordan L*** many times, always getting the same answer: “to complete the investigation we have to talk to rented car driver, but we cannot reach him/her.” he never gives me any time frame the case will be completed.

To compensate my expenses, I’ve paid to the body shop.
