Frontier Airlines Complaint

My son , who’s age 3, and I had paid tickets for a flight. We together boarded and completed that flight however frontier is saying my child never arrived. Lord forbid my son went missing or got lost in the airport the airlines would dispute that no child was ever there. Now we have a flight plane issue.
