We just found out our contract is 5yrs not 2. We were told the equipment was 5 but could pay off sooner. We were under the impression it was a 2yr we never would have signed for anything longer. We are also having issues with the system and are getting the run around. So far it’s not fixed
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want a 2yr not 5 and I want my system to work. I’m paying for a system that isn’t working
