Unethical business practices, continuing to charge me for a lease that had been fulfilled, 36 attempts to rectify my issues with my galaxy S10+, with no resolution’s, going on 4 weeks without service, my co-worker is going on 7 weeks

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Replace my phone with one that works, compensate me for all my issues experianced
