Lyft Complaint

I was charged a $100 damage fee for apparently leaving a small amount of dirt on the floor mat of the car. I was provided three photos of the “damage”, which could easily be cleaned up with a vacuum in a minute or so. Apparently, the driver gave anecdotal evidence that I was the rider who caused the “damage”, though no one from the company bothered to follow up with me to get my impression of the ride. But regardless of if I did or didn’t dirty the floor mat, to call this damage is completely absurd, and the $100 charge is so far out of line with the actual problem, that to mind it clearly constitutes fraud.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like them to refund the $100 damage fee.
