Liberty Tax preparer Ranjilla ***** (if that’s her real name) over-charged me for $598 and deducted it straight from my income tax refund in 2013.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
They should refund me and the tax preparer should lose her license and go to jail.
