Sprint Complaint

I return a galaxy smart watch to sprint on April 5th 2019. I was told I would receive my refund of $238 in 5-7 business days. I was then told by sprint that it will be refunded back on April 17th 2019. Still havent received it. Now Sprint is telling me they havent process the refund and I need to wait. My issue with sprint is that they keep lying to me about my refund and forcing me to wait. I say if you can recieve it in 30 seconds, You should be able to send the money back regardless

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund my money back on a timely manner when they say they are. Dont lie to Customers and give dates for the completed process and it’s not complete
