Sprint Complaint

I opened a new line with Sprint along with purchasing a phone. I was unsatisfied with the coverage in my area, so I returned the phone the next day and cancelled the service. About one month later I was charged a $106 service bill to my bank account from sprint. I was angry because this shouldn’t have happened as I returned the phone within the 14 day period. So I called customer service and they refunded my money 5 days later. Another month goes by and I am now charged $188 to my account again from Sprint. At this point I am terribly frustrated at the situation. I call customer service once again and they assured me that the auto bill feature would be turned off and I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days. A week goes by and still no refund. I call again and this time they say they can no longer find any of my information in their record and then they hung up on me

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like them to refund the money they stole from me plus the overdraft fee I was charged because of this
