Lied continuously and repeatedly over the protocols of discontinuing my service rep claim that I would have to take my cable boxes into Time Warner in order for me to discontinue my service I asked was calls recorded for quality control purposes she said yes and I told her that that did not make sense I should be able to cancel my service without having to disconnect boxes and drive them down to Time Warner to drop them off she argued me back and forth. When I ask for the legal team play ping pong near me two different customer reps I was on hold for 40 minutes still no resolve not to mention my bill is 154 a month but I take 178 179 or more every month the bill fluctuate every month I’ve never had two of the same bills paid on time or not.
