Uber Complaint

Failed to honor $30 promo code, which was successfully applied to the account before requesting ride. Uber support claims promotion is not eligible to be redeemed on trip in question, but as stated in the Uber App, ‘You can see the details of your promotions in the “Payment” section of your app menu.’ No additional requirements for the promo code were listed under the “Payment” section in the Uber app.
