Liberty Tax Service Complaint

I paid for electronic…. received my federal but preparer failed to file my state properly.
I complied with the state and the finally mailed the refund to me (not to Liberty’s bank) last week.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund all/or portion of the nearly eight hundred dollars.
