Made a booking on the 27th of April for an apartment in Da Nang, Vietnam.
Host never approved – he canceled – but the money has been out of my bank account for over 2 weeks now
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund and additionally compensate me for not having any money in my account for 2 weeks!
