Enterprise Rent-A-Car Complaint

Enterprise rented a car to a person who didn’t have liability insurance and on the morning of May 01, 2019 she hit my car. Now they have their 3rd party ‘insurance’ ELCO trying to get me to cover the damages. Completely unethical considering Enterprise claims to be a family company.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want Enterprise to repair my vehicle, pay for my rental and missed days from work.
