Santander repossessed my BMW and sold it without ever notifying me!

September 7, 2016 BMW towed, I’m arrested. September 8, 2016 Smitty’s sent (Overnight) a receipt for $1180 +$720 storage @$90 a day due on 9/15 due date stamped by county clerk. September 18, 2016 car payment due date. September 20, 2016 Smitty’s sent finalized bill $1720 to santander @$90 and they moved forward to pick up vehicle THRU AMERICAN RECOVERY SERVICES http://www.pkwillis.com/ WHO CONTRACTED The Repo Company http://www.therepocompany.com/ when the payment was only two days late and sold it. They never once sent me any notices or gave me the right to cure. September 22, 2016 Santander created a notice of intent which I never recieved or saw till November 25, 2016 when I called them and they emailed it to me. October 7, 2016 sent title to auction – adesa la. October 28, 2016 Santander Consumer – ADESA Los Angeles sold bmw AUCTION adesa la FOR $9000 — 11625 Nino Way, Mira Loma, CA 91752. October 31, 2016 I am released and I go to Smitty’s to get my car and I find out it’s been sold and they send me to The Repo Company (Santa Maria, CA) and they wanted $500+ to return my personal belongings. November 10, 2016 the DMV contacted me saying the registration has been suspended cause I didn’t pay my car insurance. The car in fact was still registered to me.

They also charged me illegal fees (10.95 a month) to make payments.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund of all money ever paid to them plus my down which is about $6700.00 plus damages equals $ 57,432.00. I’d be happy with half and I owe them nothing and they take their stuff off my credit report with an apology.
