DirecTV Complaint

I had DirecTV NOW Service and upgraded to DirecTV in Jan 2019. I was told that upon the activation of the my DirecTV service the DirecTV NOW would be terminated. ATT DirecTVNOW has collected nearly $400 in unauthorized duplicate billing for a service that was cancelled due to upgrading to a more expensive and complete service from the same company. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter with ATT DirecTV but they are claiming that ATT DirecTV NOW service is a separate department than ATT DirecTV… There’s no phone number or email for contacting DirecTV NOW… The only form of communications is via Chat.
