AT&T Wireless Complaint

Wireless internet has never worked; I’ve spent 20 hours on the phone with them to get it fixed, they escalated to sr. tech support who was to have it resolved in 2 days..it’s been 5 days and now i’m cancelling and they want to bill me $179 in installment payment
