I have been called a fraud as well as discriminated against without reason because of the color of my skin and because I walk into AT&T and try to get approved but didn’t as well as I would go in with my girlfriend who had an account and they assumed I was an active account memeber and told me my documents were not valued and meant nothing I went in with my social security card original as well as proof address my California ID bill of pay as well as debt cards mail and bank statements and they denied me several times. And even when I went in with a friend who has awesome credit he was denied because he went in with me and this all happened. In el Centro California on Danenberg road in California 92243 trust me I would go to another store But it’s the only Store within 60 miles the next nearest store is out of state in Yuma Arizona and not only that but the fact that I can’t even go to my own store that I live only 1 mile away is a very very rude bombarded ignorance at its finest and a shame and a sham that I am being treated this way when I have every right to ask questions and concerns in Person Well as apply for a new wireless phone nonetheless all that every time I put in my application online and it told me I got approved they took money from my account then they put it back because they said that the order was canceled this happen consistently about 10 times or more until finally I gave up and then I tried one last time I met with the AT&T enjoy customer service rep and he was pretty awesome he got me approved in just within 10 minutes or so I only paid taxes out the door which was $89 I believe for the iPhone XS Max I have switched over my Verizon phone to get that phone and then I got one more line and AT&T line it was another iPhone X max with the same guy from the AT&T enjoy program where they meet with you were ever in the day and got that phone through them and now I have two phones correct through AT&T and one with all that happened I had already have and I still have them AT&T Wi-Fi and AT&T DIRECTV Under my name […] here at […] El Centro California 92*** that is where I have my home service and I’ve had them since November of last year 2018 and they told me I would never get them I would never have them and look at me now I’ve had them for over six months continuously paying them. How I’m treated like a criminal and a toddler that has no idea what I’m doing when I actually do because they have no idea how to teach and act and not only behave and give great customer service as I deserve but nonetheless I added my wireless which were the two iPhone X max is now and this was in March 2019 and then my phones were missing I was on a desert and I couldn’t find them so I finally gave up I may the claims I got my process and instructions through AT&T then asru I am treated like a criminal and a toddler that has no idea what I’m doing when I actually do because they have no idea how to teach and act and not only behave and give great customer service as I deserve but nonetheless I added my wireless which were the two iPhone X max is now and this was in March 2019 and then my phones are missing I was on a desert and I couldn’t find them so I finally gave up I made a claims I got my process and instructions through AT&T then asurion as well and then I made my claims I got approved it went through everything is successful I got the tracking numbers and all of a sudden they only sent me one phone and never sent the other phone and they canceled my service when I had ported a number from Verizon any number from boost Mobile both under my name and they canceled my service did not give me any money back they acted shady told me don’t worry about my contract I can never happen and that I wouldn’t be billed and just do what I want with the phone when that sounds like a scam to me and this is coming from AT&T fraud fraud department why are I still have a two-year contract with them for my home services and they’re telling me I can never get them or I can I get them right now when I already have them it’s just a different account number but still my account they told me that it’s better if I don’t merge my accounts so I can’t do like that but the discrimination comes that they have been yet over and over and over discriminating I called Equifax to get confirmation that I am […] Why are third-party AT&T specialist was overhearing my whole conversation to be exact that I was why I said it was and I even got them to send me letters to my house to confirm and I even wrote them a letter by hand and as well as giving them documentation that I am who I am and if he did tell me it by then I could get phones and nope same scam and now I have no phones and no numbers I have insurance on the phone still and they don’t want to cooperate and give me my phone is that I have every right to have as a policyholder and has it paying justice customer and I feel betrayed I feel paralyzed I feel belittled I feel embarrassed I feel manipulated I feel like they have something against me and it’s just all while third-party AT&T specialist was overhearing my whole conversation to be exact that I was why I said it was and I even got them to send me letters to my house to confirm and I even wrote them a letter by hand and as well as giving them documentation that I am who I am and if you tell me by then I could get phones and nope same scam and now I have no phones and no numbers I have insurance on the phone still and they don’t want to cooperate and give me my phone is that I have every right to have as a policyholder and as a paying justice customer and I feel betrayed I feel penalized I feel belittled I feel embarrassed I feel manipulated I feel like they have something against me and it’s just all out germination against me even the boss the manager at AT&T is very loose useless Yvette who works there is a non-stop manipulative because her customer skills are trash she tells you one thing yet when you go and check your bill in your information on your profile everything she said is not a paper she just tells you what you wanna hear she laughed she tell me that she’ll have to help me put up that I am a fraud when I am not I clearly have an account with them still it is a two year contract and I just want my wireless service back which I had and I paid for and they got my money back and it still canceled I have my arm receipts I have emails I have confirmation numbers I have tracking numbers I have everything down to that contract to I can show you because this is not right AT&T is run it a scam when I can and clearly had the right to those phones because I am a customer in Hayward paying a loyal customer and every time I try to talk to AT&T They are very rude aggressive and cannot help because they do not comprehend the mistakes they are making and I would like to sue because I have a great case on my hands and I would like to share my story more and can confirm it and go over it and answer any questions my name is […] my number is 619-***-****
