Sprint Complaint

I have returned my devices, had them shut off my account, and paid all my balances and they are still sending me bills.
I don’t even have access to my online account to see the bills.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want them to delete me from all of their records. I have paid back all that I owe them.
