Santander Complaint

Santander since I’m going to repossess my car while I was inside a store rather than allowing me to voluntarily surrender it I had a large amount of personal items in that car which Santander has never returned to me and I have contacted the many times to get the name of the company which has my personal items I’ve been doing this for a year-and-a-half now with no results
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want compensated for my items that were in the car at first I just asked for their return but I am past that now
