TD Complaint

On 11 June 2019 TD bank deduction made from my account made of $105.00.
When I ask them why you did deduction from my account they told you did shopping from account. 3 times which you don’t have money so for every charge we deduct 35 dollars from you.
I told them maybe I signed so sort of agreement with you about that can you please show me .
They told me I don’t need to sign agreement for that so I can I accept regulation without signature.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund my money or I will sue them for miss interpretation
