Spirit Complaint

On June 2nd we were supposed to board a flight to Orlando from indianapolis but when we got to airport they told us we could not get on the plane because we didn’t have assigned seats(which we paid $180 for fews ago) then on June 8th we were supposed to board a flight from Orlando to Indianapolis and somehow our names were not listed to get on our plane. We had to get a rental car and drive back home after waiting hours at the airport with 3 small children.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want a full refund and money back from rental car purchase and reimbursed gas money
