Uber Complaint

I was deactivated without due process. I feel like was discriminated due to a minor issue on my background check. I work for Lyft with the same mark on my background check and no issue. I have lost a good portion of my income due to this standardized way of deactivating drivers for any blemishes even though I wasn’t charged with anything.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like to do process of them actually speaking to me as a human being reviewing my driver record within the company my high rating and the fact that I was not charged with anything and everything was drop it just shows my arrest and nothing else there were no charges filed because it was a non-issue.
