i have made a reservation for the mondrian hotel in south beach miami for 650$ pool view with balcony and also a late checkout and 100$ spa credit !
unfortunately they made a big mistiac and book me for a different hotel name mandarin that i never ask for! i end up paying 200$+ for my staying in the mondrian no pool view no late checkout no spa credit !
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
i would like a refund ! and i want compensation for the terball trip i had !!!
