Jackson Hewitt Complaint

I filed my 2018 tax return with Jackson Hewitt. I took out a refund anticipation loan. I told the representative filing my taxes that my ex-wife and I divorced in July 2018 and did not live together in 2018. They told me that I could still claim my stepdaughter. I was placed under review. following the review by the IRS, I was informed that I owed them 97 dollars. When I filed, I signed up for the gold guarantee. I was told today by Jackson Hewitt since the fees were not paid that does not matter. The only thing they are willing to do

Full amount of refund, damages, waiving of fees. Will use the full refund to pay off the outsatnding loan balance
