Experian Complaint

I’ve been paying child support arrearage for years. Experian continues to report “FP” Failure to Pay and a wrong balance on the amount due. They’ve refused to fix it claiming that the Dispute has been validated. Their incorrect reporting is affecting my credit score and at times it has resulted in being denied credit. This has gone on for a very long time.. I have copies of payments and documentation with the correct balances.

Remove all negative reporting of this account to Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Division and compensate me for the losses due to violation of the Fair Debt Reporting Act…
