I had booked a house in seaside heights with a host the day before check in. I have spoken with Airbnb and the host himself regarding the full refund. The host replied that he was not aware of his own place strict policy and had approved the message when speaking with me but said otherwise to airbnb. Later, to finding out there is a partner in this decision that was never made aware of till now. He will not pick up my phone calls or return them.
