They constantly contacted me and pressured me into enrolling in a course they claimed was close to graphic design (what I really wanted) and when I finally agreed they claimed I would be eligible for financial aid, no problem. Turns out they never processed my documents or something happened where I am now being held accountable for the full tuition out of pocket for a course I dropped out of.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would love to receive financial compensation/a refund if possible, but I also really want to call out this institution for their unethical practices.
