1) We were not receiving calls, notifications, voicemails and/or texts randomly on both our phones. We upgraded our phones but this did not correct the issues. Both my husband and I called multiple times to report the issues were were both having as well as engaging Sprint in chat sessions. We were promised many times that the issue would be looking into but we never received any call backs and the issues persisted. We lost a listing client because of this, costing us over $10,000 in commissions as well as damaging our integrity and reputation with both this client and the client who referred us to them.
2) Sprint has charged us approximately $1,200 in lease cancellations fees without any notification. This caused our account to go past due and has now impacted our credit reports.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund us the lease cancellation payment we made as well as compensate us for the loss of income stated. We rightly believe that Sprint was first in breach of contract for not providing the services we were paying for – reliable phone and data services. We also spent many, many hours with their Customer Service departments to absolutely no avail in resolving these issues prior to cancelling our contract with Sprint.
