Allegiant Complaint

I am in the Army Reserves and I had a flight scheduled for family vacation
but I had to cancel said flight due to My Annual Training schedule changing to the dates that I was suppose to be Flying to Florida, I purchased the Flex trip insurance plan just to be on the safe side
they gave me a credit to the flight But I need the money back
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want my money back, and if possible I would like to get a little extra for the rude employee that I just waited 2.5 hours on the phone to talk to
