i have booked 4 night for me and my small family including my daughter 4 years old, then i have traveled from city to my destination around 700 kms 7:30 hours driving in hot weather 39 degrees , after i reach my destination the host said it rented already, so they let me wait from 14h afternon they said they will fin solution for me tel 19h they start playing with me they said we can offer you ahotel 1 hour from my position . end of story no thing happen just they let me sleep in the car with a kids 4 years old

compensation for the injury, and all expenses including transportation fees , compensation for endangering a family including a child
