Improperly billed for 2 service calls related to a)their wiring
b) internet malfunctions of their equipment regarding various hame networking gear
Optimum (Altice) forged my signatures on multiple service call documents
Internet has never worked properly since it was intalled
Numerous techs who responded to service requests stated “Altice one” was released long before bugs were resolved
