Charter Spectrum Complaint

Was billed for a full month of Phone service for $29.99 when I only used 12 days.
The Spectrum Billing cycle is June 13, 2019 to July 12, 2019, I cancelled service on June 24, 2019.
I should only owe them for the days of service used which was 12 days. I estimate service is about a $1 a day, so I’m due $18 for the remaining 18 days.
