Sprint Complaint

Between April 2016 and October 2018 I had successfully paid off 4 contracted phones with the option to own the devices they say with an additional 6 months.. almost a year later they still billing me for phones I’ve paid for .

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund me , I’ve paid beyond the value of the devices value as of 2019.
