Charter Spectrum Complaint

I had canceled service on the 3rd day of the billing cycle (June 2019) and was told I will need to pay the entire bill in full. I was told they would cancel service on day 7 of the billing cycle at midnight and the Spectrum agent didn’t say there would be a full bill charge but just for the days used.

We received a bill for the full amount after we canceled service not a prorated amount that we were led to believe. Spectrum advised us that they told us in March that they would no longer prorate the accounts when service ended. Our issue is when we called to cancel service this was not mentioned to us at all.
