signed on 7/17/18 for 12 month CONTRACT

called 6/30/19 to extend it

Lost service on 6/30/19

Called on 7/3/19 and told you have no rights

Talked twice on 7/3/19 in two hours to Xfinity reps on recorded line and cancelled 6/20/19 because it is less that 30 days

Xfinity refuses to cancel 6/20/19 because they can no longer honer the 7/17/18 contract

and provide air channel recording
