Sprint Complaint

I switched to their kickstarter plan that offers unlimited 4G LTE data with streaming music in 256 KBs and video in 480p but this is not true. I am unable to view anything in 480p and music is constantly interrupted. They’re either lying about their offer or their speeds/coverage or a combination of the two.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like the company to compensate me for leaving a grandfathered plan with T Mobile under the expectations of having adequate coverage and service and then never delivering their promise.
