Promised a $300 rewrd VISA card if I switched from Cos. Did the switch but never got it. TV DVR not working and they keep selling me new contolers to fix it but it doesn’t. In the middle of this I lost all local chanels because ATT doesn’t want to pay the provider. When I went to cancel they say they will charge me 120 for “early termination”. I am termnating because they are not providing the service they agreed to provide. Just found out they are chargin for HBO and Showtime wwhich I did not order as I get it from Amazon.
