i recently sold an item via ebay .the buyer used paypal as there prefered way to pay so asi didnt want to loose my sale i accepted.i shipped the item providedpaypal and ebay and also the buyer the tracking info .paypalsent me an email stating they would hold my funds till the buyer recieved the item i accepted this and proceeded to wait forthe buyer to advise he had recieved the item .a day went by and the buyer had stated he had recieved the item paypal then sent me an email stating my funds are now available so i tried to transfer the funds to my bank account but when i tried doing this i recieved email stating that my account had been limited i was unsure what that was as i have only used paypal 2 times so i rang paypal and i was advised by paypal they needed my id and some other documents to which i provided instantly then i was told by a paypal representative that my funds are now available so i tried again to withdraw my funds to my bank but still didnt work so as it was too late to call paypal i waited to try again the next morning .i tried again in the morning to noevail so i checked my email and saw there where 2 from paypal .i opened the first one it stated the buyer had made a claim against me and the second that my account was again limited .i contacted thebuyer to which he stated my item wasnt authentic and wanted a refund but upon hearing thisi checked on ebay as to what evidences the buyer had and seen the buyer had switched my item i had photo evidences and could spot all the inconsistancies i knew for fact my item was authentic and had the evidence to prove that the buyer had switched the item for a poor quality mock up and now is trying to keep my authentic item and get a refund aswell. i provided my evidence and paypal granted the case in my favour .i recieved emails during this time stateing my limitations had been lifted as i had won the claim against me with the evidences i provided so back to stage one and treid transfering the funds and again email but this time stated my account is now permanently limited and i can no longer use paypal services .i was shockedto this and madeover 30 emailsand calls and nobody would tell me what i had done nor would anyone assist me as to how i can access my funds so buyer hasmy item paypal took therefee andim left with nothing only thing paypal can tell me is my funds are being held 180 days even though i was the victim im the onegetting punishedits obsurd

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
lift the limitation so i can access my funds i never will use paypal again.
