T-Mobile Complaint

I’m a victim of internet fraud and identity theft by someone who used my Bank info to purchase $484.67 on T-Mobile account # ******** phone #***-******** . Transaction type, ACH Debit on 09/20/2018 . another world T-Mobile has done transaction on my behalf from my account without my permission . I have attempted many time through my Bank( City Bank) and directing going to the store and calling T-Mobile customer Service to resolve the issue but T-Mobile doesn’t accept the issue and not cooperating with me claiming that transaction was correct and will not return the money.
