Verizon Wireless Complaint

They false reported my payment history, and now my credit score went down 200 points when I have been paying every single due payments.
They hung up on me, and just transferred me to different departments and agents and never let me speak to someone in a higher position.
Wasted more than 6+ hours and a week of mental frustration due to this issue.
