Sprint Complaint

I bought a mobile hotspot for my house April 2018. I returned the hotspot within 2 weeks. Sprint says they never received it; however, the employees and the manager at the retail store vouched for me and tried to help me resolve this issue. I was assured that the issue was resolved. 3 months later I started getting collection notices. I returned to the Sprint store that sold me the hotspot in Mountain Home, ID, and was disgusted to see that it had been closed. Now what was I supposed to do? I tried calling the collection agency and Sprint over 30 times since this began. On 7-9-2019, I received another collection letter from a different company. I am NOT responsible for the $176 I am accused of owing. If anything, Sprint owes me for the countless hours I have lost due to attempting this resolution. I lose $120/hr when I am not working at my shop; I stopped recording trips and phone calls after I reached 30 due to believing that this was resolved. I have not heard anything in quite some time, and last time I talked to the collection agency (previous one) they told me that the Sprint warehouse found the hotspot and that was that! Well, here we go again…losing hours, screaming at Sprint, because they keep putting me on hold for 2 hours and hanging up on me. I would like to have this thing resolved before I have another stroke. This is impacting my ability to work due to being so emotionally distraught. I am desperately trying to find the manager who witnessed me returning the hotspot. He will have to be subpeonaed. My mother, D*** E****, and my step-father, B**** E****, will have to be subpoenaed as well. They are the ones that actually hand-delivered it for me. I feel that this can be resolved without going to court, but my frustration is growing. Soon I will want nothing more than to take them to court and sue them for damages.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
