American Home Shield Complaint

Company would not provide a replacement Air conditioning unit. I was offered cash in lieu of replacement. Replacement cost was $7,200 (Heat pump air handler and installation) Company offered me$1,600… I’ve made over 50 phone calls spent numerous hours on hold. waited over 30 days in temperature over 100 degrees. Took time off from work to meet three of AHS repair person, which all of them gave same diagnoses. System must be replaced.

FYI- I’ve been with this company for over 10 years. Just want them to do what’s right.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Reimburse me for the replacement of the unit.
