I AM A RIDESHARE DRIVER AT NEWARK AIRPORT & OTHER PARTS OF NJ. I PAY $50/MONTH FOR SERVICE BUT THEIR NETWORK CRASHES 60% OF THE TIME, ESPECIALLT AT EWR & I HAVE LOST APPOX $7,000 INCOME BECAUSE OF TBIS I HAVE TENS THOUSANDS SCREENSHOTS SHOWING “NO NETWORK AVAILABLE” & THE HOURS & HOURS TIME GONE BY THAT I CANMOT WORK. THEY CANNOT TAKE MY $ FOR A SERVICE & NOT PROVIDE IT. I WANT EVERY PENNY INCOME LOST BECAUSE OF THEIR GARBAGE NETWORK

REIMBURSEMENT OF EVERY DIME I LOST INCOME. EVERY SCREENSHOT I HAVE SHOWS EXACT TIME NETWORK WENT DOWN, WHEN IT CAME BACK & WHEN WENT DOWN AGAIN. LONGEST IT WAS DOWN IN 1 DAY WAS 12 HRS!!! 12 HRS & I COULDNOT GET 1 RIDE DISPATCHED TO ME TO DO.
