AT&T Complaint

I signed up for at&t cable through a 3 party through Walmart, they took my personal information took money from account, never showed to install until almost a month later, they sent a man to my home in his personal vehicle, he was in my home for 2 hrs, installing the equipment, left 2 days cancel my cable in which they had opened 3 account in my name for internet, not cable, so now I have no cable no one has made any attempt to reimburse me nor reconnect my services, but are still call and ask for more money for services I don’t have ,then sent a bill for $100, , for something I had for not even 32 hrs ,
