AT&T Complaint

Months after closing my account and being guaranteed multiple times that my charges would be waived, I get collection notices. I’ve spent close to 20 hours on the phone over the course of 4 months, and every time I’m told the issue is resolved. Without fail, a week later another issue arises.

I don’t know if this little fish fell thru the cracks of this behemoths automated system, but I’d be lying if I said it hasn’t come off as a little systematically intentional.

Despite the long hours on the phone, I was kept completely in the dark about impending collections. In fact, after every call I’ve been made to believe I’m in the clear. This just seem whole heartedly dishonest and misleading. I absolutely cannot have this impact my credit score, I’ve worked diligently for years to improve.
