paypal Complaint

Basically, vectone mobile . turned on the auto renewal on my credit, without my say so, and they managed to go through paypal and get the money without paypal emailing me a request to confirm.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
refund my 5 pound, also make sure every request is sent to me to confirm, and also an apoligie
