I was not able to contact the host of my Airbnb and when I called Airbnb to resolve the issue they refused to issue me a refund. I was never able to even see the place that I had booked.

I would like the company to refund me the amount of $245 for the Airbnb I was never able to step foot in as well as reimburse me for the hotel that I had to stay in instead which cost $450. So a total of $695.
