Uber Complaint

They promised a quality ride and the driver went 50 MPH over a big bump causing massive damage to my wife. Additionally, the ride share company – Uber has failed to take into account big bumps and warn the driver where they are. This is an easy thing to do programmatically and it effects those with pre-existing injuries massively. They should help those living with hurt better than that.

Pay for her medical. Her medical for this portion of the injury is over $30,000. We would accept $10,000.
