Someone Else Complaint

We joined Xfinity by Comcast on June 2016. Each year during the renewal they told us if we move to an address where there is NO coverage, we would not have to pay an early termination fees. However they have started charging us early term fee!!!!!

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund of 13$ in July bill. Compensation for time wasted and mental agony.
